Loss Run Reports — what's working, what's not

Hi everyone — I’m the Product Manager on the RLDatix Claims product team.

We’re taking a close look at R&S/RL6 Loss Run Reports and want to hear directly from you to understand how we can improve them for everyday use.

  1. What slows you down, or made you work around the report entirely (export to Excel, rebuild it by hand, etc.)?
  2. If you could change one thing about the data, layout, or filters in a loss run report tomorrow, what would it be?
  3. Who outside your team receives these reports from you — brokers, underwriters, risk committees, leadership and does the report meet their needs as-is, or do you always end up reformatting or annotating it first?
